EDAPHIN FLORA — PK BOOST

Pre-Flowering Transition — Phosphorus and Potassium

"The moment a plant decides to flower is the moment that determines everything."

EDAPHIN FLORA PK BOOST is formulated for a single, critical window: the transition from vegetative growth to floral initiation. In aromatic and medicinal plants, this transition is not merely a growth stage change — it is the moment when the plant's biosynthetic machinery begins shifting toward the secondary metabolite pathways that produce essential oils, resins, flavonoids, and terpenoids.

Floral initiation requires a specific nutritional signal: elevated phosphorus combined with rising potassium, and a deliberate reduction of nitrogen. Phosphorus drives the energy currency (ATP) required for the biochemical cascade of flower formation. Without adequate phosphorus at this moment, bud sites form incompletely, flowering is delayed, and the productive window is shortened.

In field agriculture, phosphorus is often present in soil but locked in insoluble forms — and biological agents can unlock it gradually. In container growing, hydroponics, and greenhouse production with inert media, this locked reservoir does not exist. The substrate contains only what has been added. PK BOOST is formulated for this reality: phosphorus is delivered in immediately plant-available form, timed precisely to the moment of demand.

The Pro formulation uses mineral monopotassium phosphate for immediate high-concentration phosphorus delivery — appropriate for fast-cycle greenhouse production and results-focused growers.

Potassium in formulation begins the upward trajectory that continues through the BLOOM and ESSENCE stages, supporting the progressive shift in plant metabolism toward flowering and essential oil biosynthesis.
